World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

Item upgrades provide players with the ability to upgrade equipment that they already have. This can be done at any item upgrader NPC.

Generally, upgrades increase an item's main stats and provide extra benefits, based on the item type. Examples include Whistan's shield for FB sorcs and Goldwrap for build casters.

Armour

Link's armor is an essential element in keeping him safe from danger. While it cannot be upgraded like weapons, it is able to be improved in various ways to increase its defence capabilities.

Armour is designed to safeguard animals or people from harm or injury from direct physical attack or a range of activity or environmental hazards. Historically, armour was mostly made from fabric or leather but later, protections made of metal were also used for military purposes, particularly like heavy cavalry or combat drones.

Utility Items

Utility items are products that do not fit into the categories of Clothing, Armor or Weapons, and provide a range of different capabilities. Unlike Armor and Weapons, no one utility item upgrade will be in conflict with the other. Most utility items have a passive effect that players can activate while using them. However, some have additional abilities which are activated by pressing a button or activating a skill.

Generally speaking, the most popular kind of utilitarian item is the Flashlight, which illuminates the surrounding area. Other options include the Helicopter Hat and Rocket Boots, which allow the player to be floating in the air while they move, and the Jetpack, which allows the player to accelerate in any direction while on the ground.
